Last Thursday, the Painted Desert Tribune held a ribbon cutting at its new office at 118 E. Second St., in Winslow. Hosted by the Winslow Chamber of Commerce, the event drew an incredible turnout, with approximately 100 people from Holbrook, Winslow and across Navajo County coming to celebrate the newspaper. Pictured is the paper’s owner and publisher, Shawn White (right) as he cuts the ribbon held by Tribune Editor Linda Kor (left) and longtime KINO broadcaster Lloyd Englehardt (not picture), and a number of friends, family, elected officials and community members.
