According to Facilities Maintenance employee Tim Kelley (left) people have been dumping debris and household trash that is harmful to the cattle that frequent the area and for the site. The sanitation department has to pick-up the prohibited materials and transport them back to the transfer station for proper disposal. The hope is that the cameras will eliminate the problem so that residents can continue to use the site.
